Terms and Rules of Use

This document sets out the basic rules for using the Webilio service, the online reservation system, related forms and communication provided through dashboard.webilio.cz and related public reservation pages.

1. Service provider

The Webilio service is provided by:

2. What the Webilio service includes

Webilio is an online solution intended mainly for managing reservations, operating a business location, communicating with customers and managing a public reservation form.

  • reservation and calendar administration,
  • management of services, staff and branches,
  • a public reservation form for customers,
  • sending e-mail and, where applicable, SMS notifications,
  • additional functions depending on the selected scope of the service or pricing plan.

3. Registration and user account

  • The user must provide true, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Account access credentials must be protected against misuse and must not be shared with unauthorised persons without a valid reason.
  • The user is responsible for activity carried out under their account unless they prove misuse by a third party outside their control.
  • The provider may temporarily restrict or block an account if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, breach of these terms or a threat to the security of the service.

4. Rules for using the service

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and good morals. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • use the service to send unsolicited messages or spam communication,
  • attempt to bypass system security or interfere with the operation of the service,
  • upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of third parties,
  • use the service in a way that may excessively burden infrastructure or reduce availability for other users.

5. Reservations and public form

  • The user is responsible for correct setup of services, prices, reservation durations, working hours and availability.
  • The public form only technically facilitates reservations according to data configured by the user.
  • The provider is not responsible for the business terms of a particular establishment, cancellation rules or the content of individual services if these are managed by the user.
  • The user is responsible for ensuring that information displayed to customers is current, understandable and legally compliant.

6. Price, plan and payments

  • Paid functions of the service are governed by the current price list or an individual agreement between the provider and the user.
  • If the service is provided in a trial mode, its scope may be limited by time or functionality.
  • The provider reserves the right to change plan conditions, functions and pricing for the future; such changes do not retroactively affect already paid periods unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • In the event of late payment, access to paid functions may be temporarily restricted.

7. Service availability and maintenance

The provider strives to ensure the highest possible availability of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation without exceptions.

  • planned outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or security measures,
  • the service may be temporarily unavailable due to outages of third parties, hosting, internet connectivity or force majeure,
  • the provider is not liable for damage caused solely by these circumstances unless acting intentionally or with gross negligence.

8. Privacy and personal data

Personal data processing is governed by a separate document: Privacy Policy . The user acknowledges that use of the service may involve processing customer data and operational data to the extent necessary for the system to function.

9. User responsibility for content and settings

  • The user is responsible for data, texts, prices, contacts and legal information they enter into the system or publish to their customers.
  • The user is responsible for having the right to use uploaded content, photos, logos and other materials.
  • The provider is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect service settings made by the user.

10. Complaints and support

If the user identifies a technical problem, it should be reported without undue delay to the support contact e-mail.

  • The provider handles reported problems within a reasonable time depending on their severity and scope.

11. Changes to these terms

The provider may reasonably amend or supplement these terms, especially if the service, legal requirements or technical solution changes.

The current version is always published on this page. By continuing to use the service after a new version is published, the user confirms that they have read the updated wording.

12. Final provisions

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
  • If any provision becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  • These terms and rules of use are effective from: 8 April 2026.

This document represents the basic terms of use of the Webilio service. In the case of a specific contractual relationship or an individual offer, the terms expressly agreed between the provider and the customer prevail.
